flexible roof pointing compound
Our flagship product — a water-based, non-toxic flexible pointing compound formulated for strength, adhesion and durability in Australian conditions. Made especially for our climate, it has been a favourite of roof tilers for decades.
Apply with a clean trowel at an ideal thickness of 3-5mm; 10L provides approximately 25 lineal metres of coverage. Achieves and exceeds a C4 wind classification to AS 4046.8, and has been successfully weather-tested. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight; do not add water.

RGL metal primer
for metal roofing
A modified acrylic primer for iron and metal roofs, with adhesion promoters and corrosion inhibitors built-in.
Any existing rust must be treated and remediated before Metal Primer is applied. Apply using airless spray systems or similar; an in-line filter is recommended, and drying time depends on film thickness.

RGL master
high-build undercoat
A high-build undercoat for very porous tiles that seals the tile and gives the membrane something to hold onto – the step that decides how long the finish lasts.
Designed for application via airless spray systems or similar; viscosity can be adjusted as required. An in-line filter is recommended, and drying time varies with film thickness.

RGL extreme membrane
100% acrylic topcoat
The 100% acrylic topcoat at the heart of the Extreme Membrane System – a flexible, weatherproof skin that moves with the roof instead of cracking off it.
Designed for airless spray systems or similar; viscosity can be adjusted to suit different methods. An in-line filter is recommended for continuous processes, and drying time varies with film thickness. Manufactured using Australian-made polymers with no inert fillers, and pigments produced locally with advanced technology for consistent colour and strong UV resistance.
