RGL began in 1989 as a family-owned business with a simple idea: roofing plumbers who knew the trade from the tools up, setting out to make a better product for roofers like themselves.

We understood the frustrations of the job because we'd lived them, and we believed the industry deserved products made by people who actually know what happens on a roof.

More than three decades later, that journey has taken us from humble beginnings to a sophisticated Australian manufacturer, with our own formulations, local production in Thomastown, and products tested to the highest standards. What hasn't changed is why we do it.

As one of the pioneers of the roof membrane industry in Australia, we still serve the trade with the same pride and care we started with. We're still family-owned. We still answer the phone ourselves. And we still make every product as if it's going on our own roof.
